Yes! Timesulin is activated by replacing the cap onto your insulin pen, so it doesn't matter how many units you take.

As long as your Timesulin cap was off the insulin pen long enough for you to have given yourself an insulin shot (a minimum of eight seconds), the timer will reset when you replace it onto your pen - regardless of whether you took half a unit, or twelve.
